London: Methuen & Co, 1924. All first editions, all in original cloth and dust jackets, t.e.g., decorated throughout by E.H. Shepard; 4 volumes, 8vo, in a custom-made fleece-lined brown cloth clamshell box lettered in gilt; 1) When We Were Very Young, second state as usual, without pagination on p. ix; ; the dust jacket with several short breaks at the spine ends; slight wear and small breaks at the top of the spine 2) Winnie-the Pooh, jacket a bit soiled, with small breaks at the spine extremities; 3) Now We Are Six, spine of jacket a little toned and with short breaks at the top; 4) The House at Pooh Corner, small pinhole on back panel of the dust jacket. All are quite bright in original cloth. In all, a very good to near fine set.
