Extremely tight binding. Wonderfully well-preserved! Very very rare and hard-to-find! Half-Leather (spine and corners) with green marbled boards and gilt lettering on the spine. Gilt upper outer page edges as well. Green marbled endpapers. Extremely scarce. No publishers date (looks to be late 19th century). One of sixteen very rare volumes. Exceptionally well-cared for. This volume contains 658 unmarked and uncreased historical pages nicely enhanced by historic black and white illustrations. Beautifully done. . Library Edition . Half-Leather. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
