Buffalo, NY, 1971. Soft cover. Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Very scarce oversize booklet which was never published for sale and was a report to the mayor at the time, Frank A. Sedita. Embossed offwhite wraps with light scuffing, toning and creasing, and moderate soil mostly to rear cover. There is a minor waterstain to upper fore corner of rear cover (interior unaffected). Binding sound, spine not creased, interior clean and lightly toned. Color and b/w illustrations of proposed changes to the city's infrastructure, including a fold-out. Minor creasing to edges of a few pages. No prev owner names, stickers or stamps. Not ex-library. Measures 11" x 10 3/4". 56 pp.
