London: Grant Richards Ltd, 1926. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. Very Good in an about Near Fine jacket, unclipped (no price), toned at the spine, lightly rubbed and with a few shallow chips and tears at the edges. Black buckram with gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, foxed at the edges and preliminaries, former owner's name on the front endpaper, clean otherwise. Firbank's last novel published during this lifetime, a subversive story about an eccentric (and pedophilic) holy man in Spain.
