New York: Random House, 1949. First printing. Hardcover. Near Fine in Very Good dust jacket. 23.5 x 15 cm. Octavo. 217pp. Map endpapers. Bound in grey cloth with black board spine in dust jacket. Stated first printing. Signed by the author and inscribed to previous owner. Original price of $3.50 present on front jacket flap. Light chipping to the top of the back cover and spine of the jacket which has been re-enforced/repaired with tape. Previous owner's name and address on front free endpaper. Lightest amount of rubbing to the edges of the boards. Nice, presentable copy.
