In a very good plus, original, price clipped dust jacket which shows sunning at spine. Dust jacket now protected in a clear, removable, archival cover. Black and white plates, photos, and maps. xvi, 405 pp. Octavo, 6 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches tall.
