Providence, 1899. xxiv,128pp. Original printed wrappers. Spine perished, front wrapper nearly detached. Internally clean and near fine. A presentation copy, inscribed by Easton on the front wrapper. Easton argues for the right of the Rhode Island General Assembly to call a constitutional convention, and also offers critiques of the existing constitution and a proposed revised constitution. Scarce.
