Date given is guess based on the book's look, no date is given in book excepting for Maxomoff's death in 1950 and dust jacket's date of 1952. No actual printing history is given and no additional printings are listed. Handsome, slender item, clean, wine colored cloth with nice gilt lettering. Wholly unmraked excepting previous owners stamp on first endsheet and texts top edge, neat and small. Jacket is roughish, small chips and edgewear, spine stains, will shoot and ship in new mylar wrapper. *We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately.
