Near Fine in a Good jacket, unclipped ($2.50 on the spine), generally rubbed and soiled, some tears and chips at the edges. Green buckram with gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, clean internally. A collection of essays about some of the most important figures in the late 19th, early 20th centuries, including Emma Goldman, Charlie Chaplin, Henri Matisse, among others.
