Synopsis
From Shanghai to WAke Island, the Corps was America's first line of defense as the winds of war exploded into the devastating surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. Now, the bestselling author of the acclaimed BROTHERHOOD OF WAR saga brings to life the men of the Marine Corps--their loves and their loyalties--as they steeled themselves for battle, and prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice...
Reviews
WEB Griffin ( William Butterworth III ) an accomplished writer as can be found in military & police matters. His expertise from an extensive background in military intelligence, post WW II Germany, many, many relationships with Marine Corps, Army, Navy and Philadelphia police organizations.
Therefore, I'd estimate his writing to be 80 %+ accuracy of detail. His " play by play " method of retelling in fiction is bolstered by such accuracy of factual information. In fact, the ten books on " The Corps " and Army ops are superb. Recommend his works to any person interested in quality reading of a military or police fashion.
