Translated from the French by High Gibb. With a Comment on the Second Dialogue in Corydon by Frank Beach of Yale University. Smooth black cloth stamped in gilt at spine and front cover, in black and rose-brown. 220pp. Corydon has an interesting history, having appeared originally in 1911 without Author's or Publisher's name and bearing the title C.R.D.N. It was considered by Gide to be his most important book. Text is clean ,tight, unmarked. DJ has a few minor chips/tears around spine edges and bottom rt. corner <br/> <br/>
