Edward Arnold, London, 1909. xvi + 287pp + 64 full page colour plates by Allingham + ads. Lady Anne Speirs' copy with presentation inscription on end paper. Gilt decorated cloth boards, top edge gilt. Top of spine slightly frayed, text pages slightly foxed, but a very bright copy.
