[x], 424, xiii pp. Bound in publisher's red cloth with gilt spine lettering. A few underlines and marginal checkmarks in red ink, dog-eared pages. In Very Good dust jacket, chipped at extremities, especially head. Hiss was the government official who was famously accused of spying for the Soviet Union during the 1930s.
