Synopsis
Rev. Bruce Ritter (1927-1999) was a Roman Catholic Priest and Franciscan Friar. After teaching theology at Manhattan College in the Bronx, he founded Covenant House in New York City, the largest, privately funded Agency in America that provides help for needy youth.
