Preface by Art Boericke and credits, acknowledgements and afterthoughts. Beige coloured end pages. The text is illustrated with fabulous colour photography taken by Barry Shapiro. 1/4 brown coloured cloth covered back strip with pale yellow coloured titles. 3/4 phone coloured boards. Photographic dustwrapper with black coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Again the author, Art Boericke and Photographer Barry Shapiro have traveled to find another group of individual, quirky, intuitive, thoughtful, frugal, well crafted and beautiful houses built by hand by local craftsmen who show their rambunctious personalities in every beam and shake and every door and window  houses out of fantasy, houses out of nature, and houses which allow the light in. Rubbing of the lower book edges and bumping to the top book corners. Softening of the back strip. Very light age toning of the text block edges and pages. There is a publisher's stamp to the lower right-hand corner of the front paste-down. Heavy rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and panels with marks also present.
