With 18 x 24 in. pocket map, points of interest demarcated in red, RR lines in assorted colours, markings, tinted borders (minor edgewear). Printed pink-tinted softcovers (dustsoiling, edgewear, some sunning to front cover) still a VG copy. First edition of this very rare Idaho pocket map, detailing all the cities, towns, post offices, railroad stations, villages, and counties, along with telegraph stations and express company offices, providing number of banks in each banking towns, telegraph stations, and more. Railroad lines such as the Boise, Nampa & Owyhee, Great Northern. Kootenay Valley Railway & Navigation Co., Northern Pacific, Oregon RR & Navigation Co., Oregon Short Line and others are demarcated. Native American reservations and mining districts are also carefully demarcated. No copies in Worldcat (BSU holds a smaller 1902 map extracted from Cram’s Standard American Railway System Atlas, pp. 441-444).
