The incredible color photography is on every page including the endpapers. Interior illustration pages are near flawless. Each of the photographs is supported by explanatory text. The dust jacket back has a 3 inch tear and the front has a half inch tear. Evidence of label removal on the front of the jacket. The dust jacket wrap-around pictorial is the same as the book. This is a book both the enthusiast and professional alike will find fascinating and absorbing. It traces the development of the world's most important military aircraft of all types: interceptors/fighters, fighter- bombers, bombers and attack aircraft, anti- submarine, reconnaissance, transports, early warning and control aircraft, helicopters and a small number of trainers of the significant BAe Hawk type.
