Ex-library, including: library tape covers the spine, with author, title, and call number reproduced in white lettering; bookplate; inner hinges reinforced with cloth tape, some of which is peeling; pocket on rear endpaper. Solid binding. Cover is quite worn. Two maps in Fine condition are bound in the text ("Brandy Station", "Gettysburg"). Two maps are tipped-in inside the back cover ("Wilderness", Monocacy"); these maps are intact but have edgewear and wear at the creases. Text is clean but for a rare small mark.
