No dustwrapper, some bumping and shelf-wear to spine ends and corners of brown buckram boards, a patch of old water marking to back cover, some yellowing to the pages, but otherwise a not too bad copy, with gilt titles on spine and gilt monogram on front board all still bright, of this hard-cover book. Number 15 (XV) in the publisher's "The Lonsdale Library" series, this book contains forty-nine chapters by various authors on all aspects of sailing and yachting. No publication date shown, but was first published in 1935, and the list of other titles on page facing half-title goes up to volume 20 which was "ready September 1935". A heavy book, packaged weight is over 1 kilo, so extra postage will be required from buyers outside the UK. 589pp, 63 full-page b&w illustrations plus smaller b&w diagrams in the text.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
