New York: Doubleday, 1968. Vintage jacket art illustration for Joan Aiken's 1968 novel "The Crystal Crow," created for Doubleday by artist James Cooper. Housed in the original frame, with a letter from Harper and Row editor Lawrence Peel Ashmead to Mystery Writers of America member Mary Frisque affixed to the verso, dated March 19, 1987, donating the art for an MWA auction.
Artwork: Approximately 5.5 x 8 inches (unexamined out of frame). Near Fine.
Frame: 14.25 x 17.75 inches. Very Good plus, lightly scratched on the frame.
