Introduction to the first edition (1953), note to this enlarged second edition 5721(1961), biographical notes, list of abbreviations appendix  the aforementioned selections from sources in Hebrew. Plain text paperback binding with blue and black coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Title says it all. The book is showing age and use  please see photograph. Creasing, multiple to the book corners with reading creases to the back strip. Rubbing of the book edges and panels  which also show marks and stains. Sunning of the back strip which has also occurred to the top edge and front edge of the book panels. There is a stain that runs along the full length of the front and rear panels. This stain has caused a little bumping along the lower edge of the pages; with some presence noted to the first few and last few pages of the book. A previous owner has placed to white coloured stickers to the top edge of the verso of the front cover to block out their name  which has also been scrubbed out in a black coloured ink. This has ghosted onto the half title page and a another owner's name is to the top edge of that page. Another signature of a previous owner can be seen to the top right hand corner of the title page. There is a sticker to the lower edge of the back strip with the letter C and the number 5 placed within. Second Edition Revised and enlarged.
