Hardback 362 page green book with black lettering & decoration has a pretty oval black & white paste-on on front, shows some foxing of endpapers and page 37/38 has a 1 3/4 inch tear off upper corner (no text is involved). Overall a clean copy in good to very good condition. Dust jacket has darkened with the years, has same picture as paste-on on front, is missing paper here & there and is in a Brodart protector. Lothrop Publishing Company. VG/NONE. 1901. Hardcover; 4th Printing. Bright red boards/crisp gld lettering/details. Minor shelf damage at spine ends/corners. Large sepia oval paper pasteup almost perfect. TEG. Inked ownership. Front hinge cracked/text still quite tight. HOWEVER 2 out of 8 illustrationsa re completely separated & another is partly separated. Uneven cut pages from bindery. Also last few pages look like they left the bundery uncut as somone in the past separated them unevenly. Still a very nice book in beautiful board condition. ; Small 8vo; 362+ads pages .
