LONDON: ASSOCIATED NEWSPAPERS, 1945. UK hard cover annual. Not dated, but has Teddy Tail calender for 1946. Dust jacket has been lost. Green boards, slightly colour faded. Some marking on boards. Moderate wear on board edges. Small area of damage on top edge of board spine. Front endpaper/title page has been removed, causing damage to the front pastedown. Page 237-238(one double sided page. Puzzle answers) has been removed from binding but is present. The page has a piece missing and tears. All other pages are securely bound. Tear on side edge of page 19(no affect on story). Bottom edge tears on a few pages, which affect text but do not prevent it being read. A few pages have moderate pen marks/scribble on them but the book is mostly in clean condition. Features the Enid Blyton stories 'Cosy's Good Turn, The Magic Watering-Can, The Toys and the Goblins, Chinky and the Brownies, The Vanishing Potatoes, The Big Plush Monkey'. First story is 'Moonbeam End' by Ross Inglis. Comic strips 'Nipper and His Pet Dragon' & 'The Washing-Up Machine' by Brian White. Natural history features. A guide to identifying WW2 Aircraft, Stamp collecting. Black and white and colour illustration.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket.
