Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Boards have some edge wear, with pronounced bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are extremely crushed and frayed with some loss. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. A few liquid droplet marks. Water stains to front. Spine is noticeably sunned. Gilt is dulled and worn.

Neat, clean, well bound pages with very minimal foxing, tanning and thumbing. Small inscriptions and neat labels may be present. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Clipped jacket has light edge wear with minor tears and chipping. Moderate tanning and creasing, with rubbing and marking.
