About This Item
New York: Dodd Mead, 1943. A joyous time in snowy Vermont, with skiing and cards around the fire, masks the hunt for a killer. Bumped and rubbed with wear at the corners and spine ends, spine slightly cocked. Jacket has been trimmed and attached to a stiff paper-backed edged protector with the laminate gone and the flaps glued to the pastedowns. Rubbed with a damp stain to the lower edge of the rear panel, price intact. Possible ex-library with a small scuff to the rear end paper where something had been attached, perhaps a stamp pad, but no library indications.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Fair.
