About This Item
New York: Doubleday, Doran, 1950 Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. Signed by Author(s). 1st Edition. The book is in black cloth with green stamping on the spine and a green top stain. It is clean and tight with the only defect being rounded spine ends. The jacket is clean with no fading and is not price clipped with the original price of $2.50 still in the top/right corner of the front flap. It was lightly chipped at the top and bottom of the spine and at the top and bottom of the flap folds. It was convincingly repaired by a professional conservator. The book has a book plate laid in with the original signature of Howard Pease..
