New York: Carleton, 1869. HB. Blindstamped brown cloth, gilt lettering on spine, 12 mo, 384 pp., blue endpapers. Reprint of 1864 edition. Booksellers blindstamp on rear endpaper, front and rear hinges cracked. No marks in text, binding solid. Covers show shelf wear, fraying top and bottom of spine, corners worn through to boards. Book condition Good.
