Top edge gilt. Mostly uncut pages. This copy is NEAR FINE. Minimal edge rubbing/bumping. gilt is bright. Cover with minimal rubbing. Inside is unmarked, crisp, and tight. Rear fold out looks pristine. Illustrated with black and white portraits, photographs, maps, etc.. Printed by Lakeside Press, R.R. Donnelley & Sons.
