About This Item
New York, New York, U.S.A.: Thomas Dunne Books, 2008. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. An alternate WWII history in which the Japanese launch a "third wave attack" on Hawaii and keep their fleet in the region to hunt down surviving American ships. Stated first edition. First printing with correct full number line sequence. There is some moderate browning to the pages and textblock edges, but otherwise this is a clean copy with no writing, marks, underlining, or bookplates. No remainder marks. Not an ex-library copy. Spine is tight and crisp. Corners are square, and the boards are flat and true, if a bit bumped along the lower spine. Dust jacket is not price-clipped but does show some wear including some scuffing and scraping to the edges and foreedges. The edges also have some small tears (no larger than 1/4"), and the lower spine has a 1/2" area of white where the color has been scraped off affecting only the publishing information. The inside of the jacket also shows a bit of browning. This collectible, very good+/very good, first edition/first printing copy is protected with an archival mylar dust jacket cover. Satisfaction guaranteed!
