London: Jonathan Cape, 1975 papered boards paper scar from removed tape, spine has 'KA AMI' white ink shelf mark, library stamps to fep, card pocket to verso of fep, library marks to imprint, stamp to pp 33, and 254 (final), minor water mark to closed edge and some margins of a few pages, bottom edges of boards rubbed back, rear paste down has adhesive residue from a removed label, closed top edge red marker line, price clipped DW white ink shelf mark to spine, rear panel has taped tear at head ( tape on outside of wrapper, as well as small area where black surface has lifted off leaving a white patch, top and bottom edges have slight adhesive residue from the removed plastic sleeve, corners of the fold in flaps tape rust, good only copy of the first edition. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7? - 9? tall. Ex-Library.
