Garden City: Doubleday & Company, Inc., 1967. First Edition. Hardcover. fine/very good -. Presentation edition, SIGNED by the author on a tipped in page. Bound in brown leather and with commemorative Rich's bookplate inside the front cover, this presumably was a limited edition used for promotional purposes within the store. Pages are tanned as usual, else a fine tight copy in a very good minus dust jacket (edge wear with some short closed tears and rubbing, spine is rubbed and worn at the extremities). Now protected in an archival cover.
