Card slipcase containing two facsimile editions reproduced from The Osborne Collection of Early Children's Books in Toronto Public Library. Printed card wrappers; fold-over textured card wallets; slipcase. 'The Death and Burial of Cock Robin' is unpaginated with reproductions of the original hand-coloured plates throughout. The Moving Adventures of Old Dame Trot and Her Comical Cat is unpaginated with reproductions of the original uncoloured plates throughout. Two lovely little volumes in wallets and slipcase, all of which are in fine condition with light marking to the back of the slipcase. 24mo - over 5 - 5¾" tall. The slipcase bears the name of publisher The Bodley Head but publication details at the back of the books state Published by Holp Shuppan, Publishers, Tokyo 1981. All orders professionally packed, tracked and/or signed for, and insured.
