There is no easily discernible date of publication but at the rear of the book there is an advertisement for "Seagift Iodine Brushless Shaving Cream" Â as used by Ronald Frankau, famous stage and radio star. Creasing to the book corners and chipping to the head and to the heel of the backstrip. Rubbing to the book panels and some results of insect activity can be seen to the backstrip. Browning and foxing to the textblock edges and branding to the internal pages. Original bookseller's price stamp (pre-decimal currency) to the top edge of the half title page.
