First edition, first printing, with 1962 date and no mention of edition or printing on the copyright page. Mailer's only book of poetry, in a small printing of only 5,000 copies. Plain white boards with black cloth spine printed in white, in a dust-jacket with black backgrounds both front and back panels, and the inner flaps white with with no text or any publicity (except for the $4.00 price, which is price clipped). Book is in Near Fine condition. Boards are clean, not bumped. Not remaindered. Dust Jacket is in Near Fine condition. some minor scuffing and chipping, Price Clipped.
