Inscribed and signed by the author on back of front endpaper. A collection of land descriptions, each one containing at least one memorable clause or phrase which would confound those who must try to fit descriptions to present conditions. Binding tight, text clean. The jacket is lightly rubbed, and slightly chipped and torn at the top edge. Shipment out of the US will require additional postage.
