Norman: University of Oklahoma Press, 1933. First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. Near fine in a very good dust jacket. Small "Tulsa County Historical Society" stamp on endpapers and top edge of pages. The jacket spine is slightly sunned, and there is a little wear and small tears at the edges. There is a label ghost and pulls from label removal near the bottom of the spine of the jacket. An analysis of the Senate's participation in the ratification 832 treaties, including all treaties signed by the US from February 6, 1778 to February 6, 1928.
