About This Item
Chartwell Books, Inc., Secaucus NJ, 1974. Book. Very Good. Cloth. 290 pages. Hardcover, bound in brown cloth covered boards and wrapped in an illustrated paper dustjacket. Jacket has significant wear, with some tape repairs and wear to the edges, although now encased in a Mylar sleeve. There is some wear to the edges, one corner is bumped, and there is a 6 inch vertical scratch on the front cover. For all of that, the binding is still tight and solid, with no internal markings. Text in English, translated from the original French edition by Jane Brenton. Most illustrations in black and white, with a handful or so in color..
