Very Good binding. 8vo.; in brown half-calf over marbled boards with matching endpapers; raised bands with burgundy and black labels, with decorations stamped in blind; 367 pages; with a few pencilled notes; with frontispiece and three engraved plates protected with tissue guards; there is foxing pretty much throughout; some quite minor separation at the bottom of the front gutter.~~~Elizabeth Montgomery's narrative history of Wilmington, Delaware, an important sourcebook for Wilmington history in the 1800. Previous owner's notes and full-page inscription on the flyleaves. Very Good binding.
