"Hymn to Apollo" I (text, translation and music): p. 165-168. Cover little dull with couple of spots on front cover (faint), good, clean tight copy. Substantial book. $25.00 Poulsen, a Danish classicist, visited Delphi in 1907, and first wrote about his visit in 1919. Includes many photographs of the site, which was where Greek rulers pilgrimaged to obtain predictions about the future, from a priestess known as the "Oracle." The book includes an entire chapter on the Oracle.
