(ii) viii, 298, (1) pages, 45 plates, many of which are in color. First edition. Being a lavishly printed history of the Guildhall, written from original documents, with facsimiles of charters, maps, and other illustrations. This a Presentation Copy with an ornate bookplate from the Guildhall. The binding signed by Simpson and Renshaw. The front hinge is internally cracked but fir the title page and last two leaves are foxed, else very good.
