Yellow-green cloth boards with gilt title to spine. Light rubbing to extremities. Two inch closed tear to top of dustjacket. Small chips to top/bottom of dustjacket spine and front corner. Protected in mylar. Barry Holstun Lopez (1945Â - 2020) was an American author, essayist, nature writer, and fiction writer whose work is known for its humanitarian and environmental concerns. He was the winner of the National Book Award in 1986 for his book, Arctic Dreams.
