Signing reads, 'With the author's best wishes/Robert E Jowetitt'. AND ALSO SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR'S MOTHER. Inscription reads, 'very much love to dear/Nanny Esther/from 'Baby Dorothy'/the author's mother/June 14th 1969'. Profusely illustrated with photographs of trams and tramways. These photographs are taken over a period of many years and throuhout Europe. Light age-tanning to edges of pages and edges of d/w; d/w has three short edge tears (longest 5mm); spotting to recto and verso of endpapers; else a very goof copy, in a very good d/w, of a SCARCE first edition, first printing SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR AND HIS MOTHER. D/w now protected in a detachable, non-adhesive, clear sheaf.. Signed by Author. First edition, First Printing. Hardback. Very Good/Very Good.
