Appendices. Sources. Index. Introduction by Lt. General Ira C. Eaker, USAF (Ret.). Eaker was the first U. S. Army Air Corps Bomber Commander in Europe and rose to command the Eighth Air Force from October 1942 to January 1944. Foreworc by Air Marshal Sir Robert Saundby. This is an early work, increasingly scarce, by an author who has since become a controversial figure in terms of the Holocaust and the Second World War in general.

Synopsis
