Deutschen Schachblätter was the organ of the German Chess Federation and the regional German Chess Clubs, first launched in July 1909. Initially Deutschen Schachblätter was published in the Riemann Hofbuchhandlung and was edited by Paul Lipke, Siegbert Tarrasch, Hans Appunn and Franz Sackmann published as semi-monthly magazines. It was published continuously until the out break of World war II and ceased publication in 1941. After the war it resumed its publication in 1948 and continued until 1952.
Condition:
Some age toning to pages, some edge wear, corners, some soiling to wrappers, number four tear at back wrapper with small piece missing, bumped else a very good set.
