Boston and New York: The Jefferson Press, 1910. Undated, ca. 1910ish. Attractive four volume set in three quarter maroon leather over reddish cloth, raised spine bands, gilt spine lettering and decoration, top edges gilt, marbled endpapers, black and white frontis plate in each volume, additional black and white plates throughout. Very good condition with some light age-related wear, mainly rubbing to the extremities, some darkening of the cloth covers from aging of the binder's glue beneath, sound bindings, cosmetic (not structural) internal crack to front hinge of first volume, pages very clean, no names or other markings.. Hard Cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
