Virtually all the front matter, typical with uncorrected proofs, is incomplete. Back cover discusses the marketing plan and notes that the expected publication date was June 1997. The cover design matches that used on the dust jacket when published; the design used on the trade paperback was different. Historical fiction set in the Colorado Territory in the 1860s. ISBN: 0-312-15515-8. In Near Fine Condition: corners very slightly rubbed; clean and tight.
