Toronto: Univ of Toronto Press, 1966. Red boards with gilt lettering and design show very little wear. Dust jacket has small tears and chips and owner's initials in ink on front. Spine sound with tight hinges. Interior is tight and unmarked except laid-in bookplate on front pastedown and owner's name in ink on front free endpaper, library pouch (including card) on rear pastedown. No other library markings. 755 pp. Heavy volume requiring additional postage. . First. Cloth. Very Good/Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Ex-Library.
