The top corner of the front wrap is lightly creased & there is a pencil notation on its bottom edge. The spine is chipped with a piece out of the head & the top inch of the front wrap is detached at the spine. xi & 72 pages, partially unopened. The top corners of the leaves through page 48 are detached at the spine. Good only. <p>A pamphlet on the property tax in New York State. The text is in German.
