164 pp. Elephant Folio (17.75 x 15 inches; 7 lbs, 12 oz) In the original box. Preliminary leaves show some waviness, perhaps from the mechanics of the connection to the endpapers. Else, a fine green cloth volume with gilt lettering in a fine dust jacket. The printing of this third edition was finished on April 25, 1991, in the workshops of Impresora Formal. José Sánchez Aguilar supervised the printing and Encaudernación Sauri bound the edition, which consists of 3,000 copies. With 114 illustrations including two foldout plates.
