About This Item

Brooklyn: Gryphon Books, 1993., 1993. First edition. First edition. Signed. Fine in white pictorial wrappers with eight laser-copied color dust jackets of his subjects' on display. One of a few hundred first printing copies with $12.00 price on both the copy-right page and the rear panel of this 12mo PBO. The price was increased to $15.00, but the "first edition" statement was left unchanged, on the much more common second printing. Interesting personal response to these three masters of American noir and of paperback crime novels by this talented poet, New Wave science fiction author, and more recently, crime writer.
